The Colombian singer, 34, was seen kissing and cuddling her Spanish footballer beau, making the most of their time together before she boarded a flight in Miami.
The She Wolf singer has been jetting across the world on her The Sun Comes Out tour and is playing in Mexico on Friday.
But while Shakira is busying herself with work it seems that she and Gerard still share a spark when they manage to get together and the singer was seen laughing and joking with her boyfriend ahead of the flight.
Pique, who plays for Spanish football team Barcelona, has been on summer holidays from the club this month, meaning he has been able to spend more time with his girlfriend.
And it appears the fit couple are also adrenaline junkies and Gerard posted a picture of the pair among a group white water rafting.
But while Shakira is able to shake her body on stage it seems she struggled when it came to paddling and the footballer posted: ‘Because of @shakira’s lack of synchronization paddling, we all fell off the raft!!’
While the pair made the most of their time alone in May the couple were seen indulging in some very public displays of affection when the singer invited her beau up to join her on stage.
